At manikrege.org, all products offered are digital in nature—including online courses, eBooks, templates, toolkits, and other virtual resources. There is no physical shipping involved.

The shipping time for digital products is within 1 day at max, if not instantly delivered. 

1. Digital Product Delivery

• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product via:

  • Email download link

  • Direct access through your user account

  • Course dashboard/login, where applicable

• Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 15–30 minutes in some cases. If you do not receive access within 1 hour, please contact namaste@manikrege.org.

2. No Physical Shipping

As all offerings are digital, there are:

• No shipping charges

• No logistics providers involved

• No delays or customs processes

You will not receive any physical product at your mailing address.

3. Access & Download Issues

If you face any issues accessing your product:

• First, check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.

• If unresolved, email namaste@manikrege.org with your order ID and payment receipt, and I will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

4. Time-Limited Access

Some digital products or courses may come with limited-time access (e.g., 3 months, 1 year). This will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to use/download/view the material during the access window.

5. International Availability

As all products are digital, they are available worldwide. However, availability of some content or payment gateways may depend on your local laws or digital infrastructure.
